    1. What is HTML email?
In a nutshell, HTML email lets you send mail that gets viewed as a Web page. This enables us to provide an altogether more interactive user experience by using rich graphics, animation, structured framesets and of course, hotlinks. To see an example, click here.

    2. What is the difference between the HTML online and HTML offline versions of the eMessages?
HTML online enables you to view the graphics in your HTML eMessage while you are connected to the Internet. The advantage of HTML online is the speed at which you can view the eMessage and the fact that it takes up very little space in your inbox. The disadvantage of HTML online is that you will not be able to see the graphics associated with the eMessage if you are not connected to the Internet.
HTML offline enables you to view the graphics in the HTML eMessage while you are not connected to the Internet. The advantage of HTML offline is that you will be able to view the full eMessage at any time. The disadvantage of HTML offline is that it may take longer to download and will take up more space in your inbox and as you are not connected to the Internet, it is not possible to view your smart attachments.

    3. Does HTML email take longer to download than plain-text email?
Yes it does, about the same length of time that it takes to download a basic no frills web page. We appreciate that this is a primary concern to our users, that is why our HTML online emails have been designed to keep download time to a minimum.

    4. Does my email program accept HTML?
Most email applications have HTML functionality built in for example Microsoft Outlook 98, Microsoft Outlook 2000, Microsoft Outlook Express, Netscape Communicator 3.0 or above and free email applications such as Hotmail and Yahoo. If you use a text-based email client, you should subscribe to the text only versions of our emails instead of the HTML versions.
